Medium-bodied, dry. Steel-fermented and steel-aged for five months. Deep color in the glass with cherry raspberry and floral notes on the nose.

The lively palate has plenty of crushed red berries and finishes with a touches of herb. Pair with salumi, cheeses, pasta, and grilled meat.
