In comparison to earlier vintages this still feels a bit tight and austere, demanding some few more years to soften up. Pale+ garnet red colour. Medium intensity rich and evolving aroma of cherries, strawberries, cranberries, tobacco, wet earth, tar, spices, dried thorn petals.

Medium light body, tight structure bursting with fragrant flavours mirroring aroma, bright acidity is in sync with grained firm chewy tannins, feels youthful and bit too tight at the moment.
